Fusion Bruschetta

- 2 slices of bread
- 30g butter
- 150 g of baked beans
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Begin toasting the bread.
- At the same time heat up half of the butter in a saucepan and scramble the eggs.
- Microwave the beans at 700 w for 90 seconds.
- When the toast is ready then spread the butter on both slices.
- Add the eggs to the beans and pour onto the toast.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Goes down a treat with a cup of tea ( 2 sugars ).
